1. Acceptance of Agreement

By downloading, installing, compiling, running, or accessing the IndoClaw application, software binaries, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you must cease use of the software immediately and delete all instances of the application.

2. Modifications without Notice

IndoClaw reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, append, or replace any portion of these Terms and Conditions at any time **without prior notice**. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates. Continued use of IndoClaw following the deployment of changes constitutes full acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.

3. Proprietary Rights & Restrictions

All intellectual property, structures, binary architectures, and codebase components of IndoClaw are owned solely by IndoClaw. Users are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, modifying, or attempting to bypass security checks of any compiled executable binary or licensing protocols.

4. Licensing & Hardware Bind Rules

Each license key generated is restricted to a **single device lock** (Hardware ID binding). Any attempts to bypass this bind, mock API validation responses locally, or sync identical license keys across multiple devices concurrently will result in **immediate revocation** of the license key and permanent blacklisting of the user account.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

IndoClaw is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind. The owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of data, compute resources, API balance, system outages, or business interruptions) arising out of the use or inability to use the software.

6. Termination Rights

The owner reserves the unilateral right to terminate access, revoke license keys, or delete user dashboard accounts at any time, for any reason or no reason, **without notice or explanation**.

7. Free of Charge

IndoClaw is distributed free of charge. No payments or credit card details are required to register, generate a license key, or operate the application.
